I attended Simon Langton Girls’ Grammar school in Canterbury and completed my law degree (LLB Hons) in Nottingham. I joined the Tax & Estate team at WM in 2018 while completing the LPC (combined LLM) at the University of Law, achieving a Distinction in 2020 and qualifying into the Corporate team in October 2022.
I act for a diverse client base, from start-ups to established large groups and consistently aim to achieve a balance between thoroughness and efficient execution. My practice primarily focuses on advising clients through corporate transactions, including:
Additionally, I advise on commercial contracts, including shareholders’ agreements, joint venture documentation, terms for the sale and supply of goods/services, and loan agreements.
I was part of the advisory team that won the Insider South East Dealmakers Award for “Deal of the Year (Sub £10m)” in 2024 for our work on a significant management buy-out.
My time is largely devoted to family activities as mum to a little one. When time permits, I most enjoy a hike with friends, followed by sharing a delicious meal, good wine, and great conversation.
