Roxanna Silverton

I attained a Master of Laws in Professional Legal Practice at the University of Law after graduating with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) LLB at the University of Kent. I then trained and worked in Kent before joining the firm.

I specialise in:

• Sales and purchases involving all types of freehold and leasehold commercial property (offices, retail, industrial units, shops, etc.)
• Landlord and Tenant transactions involving all types of leases, agreements for lease, surrenders and all types of licences relating to commercial property.
• Complex lease structures.
• Sales and purchases involving land.
• Transfers of Equity.
• Auction sales and purchases.

I enjoy reading, baking and spending time with my family sightseeing or taking part in various sports. I can often be found on a football pitch during the football season supporting my sons.
