Natalie Owens

I have worked at firms in the Maidstone and the Malling area for over 25 years , starting as an Office Junior and then moving to a paralegal position, following that I undertook my Council for Licensed Conveyancer training course before qualifying as a Licensed Conveyancer in 2013.

In that time, I have built up a wealth of knowledge and experience of dealing with all aspects of residential conveyancing and I have great knowledge of the local area and often have returning clients and recommendations from local estate agents.

• Sales, purchases, transfers and remortgages of freehold and leasehold properties
• Sales and purchases of garden / amenity land
• Purchases of newbuild properties
• Dealing with shared ownership properties

I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I also enjoy my weekly line dancing classes.
