Thanks for getting in touch. I feel very bad that we never thanked you properly for all that you did to make our sale and purchase go so smoothly. Looking back, we were so lucky that the two processes went reasonably smoothly and everything was completed so quickly. Not everyone can say that as you know. So thank you very much – and to Misty and other colleagues too. We are happily settled in and really glad that we made the move.

The view from the front of mine and Eleanor’s new home. We’ve truly found a little piece of Heaven. It’s thanks to you and your lovely colleagues that everything went through so efficiently, professionally and smoothly. I wonder if sometimes we overlook the significance of the job that we do. Your work on our behalf has secured a safe, warm and (hopefully) happy home for me and E. The air is filled with birdsong, the village dairy cows wander past mooing contentedly, rabbits bounce around the fields opposite and the rainbows start at the far side of our view and end in a perfect arch at the other. (E has been heard to exclaim, “We’re living inside a Disney film set!”) I’m not sure I can thank you all enough for your help in securing our wonderful home for us.

Thank you for everything you have done for me with selling both flats. Again you have done an incredible job and I felt very safe and supported working with you and your team. I have no doubt I will be using you again in the not too distant future.
