I completed a LL.B Law Degree followed by the LPC at the University of Glamorgan. I completed my training in 2003 and have practised in High Street firms for my entire career, joining the firm in 2026.

I have expertise in:

Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
Re-mortgages
Transfers of Equity
Lease variations and extensions
Buy to let and holiday home purchase
Sale and purchase of newly built property as well as acting for Developers in setting up Residential Estate paperwork and selling off individual plots

When out of the office:

I am a mother to two young boys so my time is spent at football, hockey and cricket fixtures and baking endless cakes and biscuits. When I get some time to myself, I love a good book and especially historical fiction (Tudor era in particular). I am particularly proud of finishing War and Peace on my third attempt!

Out of all the people we have dealt with during the sale and purchase of our properties (agents, surveyors, other conveyancing firms during quoting etc), Liz has by far been the most helpful, responsive, and concise person in the process and I’m sure without her assistance we wouldn’t have completed in such a timely manner and beat the SDLT changes, something when starting the process we didn’t think would be possible!

We don’t normally write these reviews… but on this occasion we felt it was deserved. From start to finish with our house sale we were kept informed and aware of what was happening and each milestone accomplished. It’s really important when you’re selling a home (and never done this before) that the team communicate and give confidence in the process. Thank you Elizabeth. A job well done.
