I attended The King’s School Canterbury and completed my law degree at the University of Bristol. I then trained and worked in London before joining Whitehead Monckton as a Corporate Solicitor in 2024.

 

I can advise on the following:

  • Asset and share sales and acquisitions
  • Venture capital and venture debt
  • Heads of terms
  • Restructuring
  • Directors duties

When out of the office:

I enjoy weightlifting, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and trekking. I recently returned from South America where I travelled to Patagonia, the Amazon rainforest and Machu Picchu.

I am also a keen musician and have played the trumpet for over 15 years.
