Dominic Williams

I gained a BA Hons in Linguistics (English and German) with the Open University before completing the Graduate Diploma in Law with commendation and Legal Practice Course with distinction at BPP Law School. I trained at a large firm in Kent, qualifying in 2022 before moving to Whitehead Monckton in Tenterden in 2024.

I have expertise in:

• Sales and purchases of residential freehold and leasehold properties throughout England.
• Listed Buildings.
• Lease extensions and lease variations.
• Re-financing and mortgages of residential property
• Acting for Executors, Administrators, Attorneys, Deputies and Trustees.

I enjoy guiding my clients through what can be a stressful time. I like to be accessible to my clients. I am calm and methodical.

I enjoy exploring the local countryside and historic properties. I am a Friend of Rye Harbour Nature Reserve and member of the RSPB and National Trust. I also love to cook and read, although with two daughters under five I don’t have as much time for reading these days!
