I qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2009 and later qualified as a solicitor in 2016.  Before joining the Firm, I headed up a small commercial property team at a provincial Kentish firm and was later employed as a senior associate at a leading regional law firm in the south east.

 

I have expertise in:

 

  • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases of commercial property
  • Commercial leases (acting for both landlord and tenant) and ancillary agreements and licences.
  • Secured lending
  • Conditional Contracts and Option Agreements (acting for both developers and landowners)

 

When out of office:

I enjoy walking my dogs, reading the classics, and trying new restaurants
