Marketing Assistant
I started at Whitehead Monckton in October 2016 working as an Office assistant which involved archiving wills and deeds and keeping records of where they are all stored. I also helped with reception duties which included greeting clients and setting up meeting rooms.
In August 2018 I moved into the Marketing department and under the direction of the Marketing & Events Manager I provide day to day support to the business development and marketing function within the firm. I maintain and develop the firm’s website and social media activity and create reports for the analytics of social media. These include Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter. I also assist with marketing events such as the firm’s annual golf day and annual quiz night.
I am also proud to have started the weekly Legal Question of The Week feature we used to run and the monthly A Day in the Life of…. feature. In April 2019 I organised the first Whitehead Monckton website Easter Egg hunt which we continue to run every year.
In 2022 I took on more responsibility and launched the Whitehead Monckton legal podcast which can now be found on Spotify, Apple Podcasts, Amazon Music and Audible and run analytics to keep track of what episodes are popular and what is grabbing people’s attention.
I was also involved in the firm’s rebrand and organised and ran the teaser campaign for the new logo and brand.

In 2022 I also directed and came up with the vision for Whitehead Monckton’s cinematic firm film which we successfully premiered in October 2022 after almost 2 months of planning and preparing.
