Job Title:
Legal Executive
Services:
I am a Legal Executive in the Dispute Resolution Team, with a background of Contested Probate matters. I have a wide range of experience dealing with cases involving general litigation, property ownership disputes under TOLATA (Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act 1996) and Will disputes, to include invalidity Will claims, Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975 matters and executor disputes.
