Profile

I am a Legal Executive in the Dispute Resolution Team, with a background of Contested Probate matters.  I have a wide range of experience dealing with cases involving general litigation, property ownership disputes under TOLATA (Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act 1996) and Will disputes, to include invalidity Will claims, Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975 matters and executor disputes.

 

I attended the University of Westminster and qualified as a Fellow of The Chartered Institute of Legal Executives in 2002. Since then, I successfully completed the ACTAPS (Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists) course through the University of Law and I am a member of ConTrA  (The Contentious Trusts Association).

 

My approach is committed to achieving the best possible outcome for my clients with compassion and sensitivity which can be needed at a time when client emotions are heightened as a result of litigation.

 

 

When out of the office:

In my spare time,  I enjoy swimming, country walks and time with my family.
