Whitehead Monckton’s corporate team have advised Electrical Wholesale Systems Limited on its strategic acquisition of well-established, Worthing based, Select Electrical Supplies Limited.
Electrical Wholesale Systems Limited trading as Regent Electrical Distributors has been trading since 1995 and has the largest presence in Kent of any independent wholesaler.
The acquisition of Select Electrical sees them expand their geographical reach into another county meaning that Regent now covers Kent, Middlesex, Essex and Sussex.
