Whitehead Monckton’s corporate team have advised shareholder, Kevin Wyatt, on the sale of the entire issued share capital of Loxton Installations Limited to MDR Electrical (Kent) Ltd.
Loxtons enjoys a reputation for providing professional electrical contracting services comprising of electrical design and installations, control panels and motor control centres, ATEX & COMPEX, thermal imaging and testing, planned maintenance and car charging installation.
Loxton’s is located in Aylesford, servicing both Kent and its surrounding counties. From its conception in 1977, Loxton has grown from two employees to over 40 and into a well-established and renowned electrical contracting company, offering specialised solutions for the commercial and industrial sectors.
Whitehead Monckton’s team was led by Head of Corporate, Daniel Tozer, and supported by Jamie Crocker, Jessica Elphick, Ben Gallafant and Lydia Ashman
