Whitehead Monckton’s corporate team have advised Maidstone based engineering company, R.B. Plant Group Limited, on its strategic acquisition of Evans & Langford.
Maidstone based R B Plant Group provides mechanical, electrical, process, and civil & structural engineering services across a wide range of sectors from pharmaceuticals to heavy engineering – applying vision, purpose, and cutting-edge expertise.
The transaction was a natural progression of the two businesses’ close collaboration on several large, prestigious projects in recent years.
As part of a larger multi-disciplinary group, Evans & Langford will be able to offer a wider range of services to its clients at every stage of a project, from initial survey and geo-environmental investigations through concept and all design and construction stages.
Whitehead Monckton’s team was led by Head of Corporate, Daniel Tozer, and supported by Suzan Petrosian.
