This is a great opportunity for a mid-level Solicitor or Legal Executive to join our Private Client Team. The team boasts strong client relationships due to their high-quality service and expertise.
You will need to be an excellent communicator, providing practical solutions and clear comprehensive advice. Experience of working on a diverse range of matters such as estate administration, trusts, preparation of wills alongside tax and estate planning advice for individuals, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection Deputyships. Ideally, you will already be a member of STEP or prepared to study for the qualification.
