The family department handles a wide range of cases, from pre-nuptial agreements, divorce and financial settlements through to children, separation agreements and domestic violence.
The team can offer services through mediation, collaborative law, negotiation and the court process. Our lawyers are all family specialists and accredited members of Resolution - first for family law, meaning that they believe in a constructive, non-confrontational approach to family law matters. The practice head of our family department is Dawn Harrison, who is also the Chair of Resolution Kent.
Resolution has recently launched parenting workshops called Parenting After Parting, which address issues such as how to tell your children about your separation, making decisions that will affect your children's future and managing your relationship with your ex.
